Mark Hensley was convicted of the first-degree murder of Kathleen Noble.

The two were co-workers as well as roommates and shared an apartment on California Street. Hensley started to develop romantic feelings for Noble but was shut down by her.

On March 5, 1989, Kathleen Noble’s body was found in East Palo Alto inside her car. Hensley and Noble’s boyfriend, Richarch Schaeffer. Kathleen’s family knew Schaeffer very well and they were sure he could not do it.

On December 20, 1999, Mark Hensley was arrested from Virginia. However, the case still lacked proper evidence to prove Hensley killed Noble. Finally, he was sentenced to 25 years on May 21, 2002.

Yes, Mark Hensley is still alive, and currently serving his sentence in San Quentin State Prison in California.

At the time of her death, Kathleen Noble was only 23 years old in 1989. She consistently ignored Hensley’s sexual advances and turned him down on many occasions.

Noble shared with her parents about Hensley being lazy and not completing his chores, but did not open up about the harassment. Ultimately, he took matters into his hands and murdered her in a jealous rage.

For now, Hensley is still serving his sentence in 2022.

Mark Hensley Release Date Revealed
