Jean Carroll, who alleges Trump raped her two decades ago and defamed her by denying it. She is also representing him in a fraud suit filled by investors in a multi-level marketing company that Trump pitched on “Celebrity Apprentice” for years .
She is also representing him in a defamation case filed by former Apprentice contestant Summer Zervos who accused him of assult. Summer however dropped the case after Habba joined Trump’s legal team and threatened to counter-sue her.
She was also involved in the civil lawsuit that Trump filed against Hillary Clinton, the Democratic Party and almost two dozen other individuals and entities for allegedly conspiring to undermine his single term in office with Russia-related allegations. Habba clashed with a New York state court judge in Manhattan after the judge held Trump in contempt of court earlier this year for failing to properly respond to a subpoena and fined him $10,000 a day until he was in compliance. Trump ultimately paid $110,000 over the ruling, which Habba has appealed.

Alina was sued by her former legal assistant, Na’Syia Drayton, for creating a hostile work environment at her New Jersey law office. Drayton who was the only African American at the office alleged that Alina would regularly blast and sing along with graphic lyrics, replete with the N-word and demeaning references to women and their anatomy.
In the lawsuit, Drayton also alleged that after Alina lost a case to New York Attorney General Letitia James, who is Black she angrily shouting, “I hate that Black bitch!”
According to the lawsuit, Drayton started working with Habba at her previous firm and was let go during the early part of the COVID-19 pandemic. Habba hired her after she started her firm.
According to an exhibit attached to the lawsuit, Drayton sent her bosses an email on June 9 titled, “Workplace environment feeling uncomfortable.” In it, she wrote that the songs, Habba’s alleged statement about the New York attorney general, and other interactions made her uncomfortable.
After Daily Beast reached out to Alina she alleged that the allegations were false and was disappointed by the lawsuit.
“Na’Syia is someone we love and care about and have for years. Na’Syia had never made a single complaint to anyone until she had decided to quit and ask for an exorbitant amount of money in return. I am disappointed by this lawsuit and the allegations which are simply not true.”
