Born November 16, 1985, Jackie Ibanez grew up with her family in Logan, Utah, where she also began her education, first at Sky View High School and later at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut.

Information about Jackie’s childhood, as well as her parents and siblings, cannot be found but it is a noted fact that the caucasian lady has always been passionate about becoming a journalist. To bring that to reality, she obtained a degree in Broadcast Journalism from the above-named university. While studying, Jackie also got herself busy for one year, working as an intern at NBC Sports. With the WWLP-TV she worked in that capacity for a number of years, garnering much respect from audiences until in 2010 when she decided to briefly leave the industry to work as a managing director for a New York City-based public relations firm called Coltrin & Associates.

Jackie returned to the field of journalism after working two years with Coltrin & Associates. Upon her return, she joined the News 12 Connecticut as a news anchor and being what she is passionate about since her childhood, Jackie gave the job her best. She anchored three different morning programs and did news as well.

She continued working for News 12 until December 2014 when she made a breakthrough as she was hired to work for Fox News as a correspondent. In addition to her job as a news correspondent, Jackie Ibanez also anchored the channel’s “overnight breaking news” segment. In 2018, she began to host the widely watched “Fox and Friends First” together with famous TV personality, Abby Huntsman.
